Happy New Year and a farewell to Java Tapestry
In the last couple of months we have been working hard to make a long awaited transition for mosquito. Due to various reasons we have been dragging around Java Tapestry for our backend for a very long time, while the frontend was done in Zend Framework. As our team has been shifting interest from Java to PHP in order to remain more flexible in a small team, we found that keeping Tapestry for our backend was impeding the progress of the project and decided to rewrite the backend code from the scratch in Zend.
